How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“It's good and supportive although it's a soft version. However, I should buy a medium one instead of small one. I tried in-store but with a plastic bag wrapping (hygiene reason I understand) which leads me to this wrong decision. Unfortunately it is not allowed for exchange or refund. So make you decision carefully or try elsewhere before you buy it.”
