“The paper version is easier than the .pdf version for me. The .pdf version doesn't seem to work with my browser. I ordered the paper form and the form is the ATF form. Shipped to me fast.”

“They mailed me the form 4. This was exactly what I wanted the .pdf wouldn't work correctly on my computer and frustrated me. I decided to go with the paper form 4. It takes a little more time to duplicate the paperwork, but it saved me from troubleshooting adode products.”
