“I was able to grab my fingerprints and schedule out via phone. The hardest portion of this was getting my information correct (which unfortunately I would need to purchase an eft correction). Since the scheduling was done over the phone when the individual obtained my name it was spelled wrong. This was due part because the connection was weak and his voice sounded a bit modulated. And I have a nightmare of a name to provide over the phone. I would recommend for information gathering that ngt would gather these from the website (name, dob, SSN, address). And then just verify when scheduling rather than providing information on the phone. When providing a SSN and dob over the phone it is somewhat a security risk, however if the support personnel were to just verify what they have on hand and/or use a service like ID.me then information is secure and less likely to have mistakes.”
