“Ordered an eft file. The process was very quick and streamline however when i went to actualy do the fingerprints at the site. The employee just clicked throught the pages without verifying any of the information was correct, he didnt check anything against my id either. I hope its correct. Guess we'll see if its approved or denied based on the file.”

“Could not be easier to get my fingerprints done. They called me within maybe 10 minutes of ordering gave them a few pieces of information over the phone super quick, easy, and professional. They then were able to set up my appointment to get my fingerprints taken at a UPS store and that was it. I got my email with the fingerprint file about 3 minutes after I left the UPS store. Absolutely recommended!”

“I went to UPS store to get my prints captured. The process is in it's infancy, not up to modern standards. The scanner is finicky, and that's being generous. I recommend bringing a couple of different hand moisturizers and a towel, as the store doesn't do this often enough to be proficient. The one I went to had no moisturizer at all. The sensor is very sensitive to the condition of your skin as well as the pressure you apply. You have to practice several times to get the print to capture correctly. I had to do about a hundred attempts to get an acceptable set of prints. The good part is that if they pass submission, you never have to do it again as long as you don't lose the file.”
