“Emailed Customer Service twice as box delayed by DPD, no response but did get this email asked Ng for review. Items not received, expected delivery 40 hours after arriving at DPD depot. Not sure what state the raw food will be in.”

We think this review is a little unfair as our customer service team have replied to your emails this morning on our return to work. If you could please check your junk/spam folder this would be gratefully appreciated, it was sent at 10.45am this morning by our lovely Abbie. Your order is due for delivery between 3.51pm and 4.51pm today.
On the rare occasion an order arrives late we find it is most likely going to be in good condition and safe to feed/refreeze. Our wool liners are very efficient for over 48 hours and if the food is cold to the touch and partially frozen it will be safe to re-freeze. If it is warm and fully defrosted please let us know as we would advise to dispose of the affected items and we would replace them at our expense.
