“The subscription was not executed, and we have not received any food for our dog; nobody to be in touch with, no customer orientated, with paid 24-hour delivery.....shame! They didn't forget to send the review email but forgot to send the delivery.”
Unfortunately you ordered after the well advertised cut off for Easter bank holiday weekend, and then tried to contact us whilst our team were off for the weekend.
We have sympathy with missing the cut off (we’ve all done it) but lashing out and damaging a small businesses reputation (in multiple places!) as a result of your own mistake is not fair.
