Unfortunately you ordered after the well advertised cut off for Easter bank holiday weekend, and then tried to contact us whilst our team were off for the weekend.
We have sympathy with missing the cut off (we’ve all done it) but lashing out and damaging a small businesses reputation (in multiple places!) as a result of your own mistake is not fair.
