His initial reaction to Naturaw has been positive and it seems to me to be good quality. The trick has been trying to identify which varieties he will accept (getting fussy). A box with small portions of all varieties would have been more useful and helped reduce waste.”
“Building the box was easy, if you just want food. Once ready the service was fast and efficient and the food arrived well wrapped. It was difficult to order 16 items if they were outside of food eg supplements, which increased the postage costs and that didn't make sense to me.
Our dog has half a packet a day so 16 packets is 32 days - it would be helpful to have a 32 day subscription as I have to do it manually in order to have space over the longer term in the freezer as there would be a build up of food over time that I couldn't accommodate.”
