“Building the box was easy, if you just want food. Once ready the service was fast and efficient and the food arrived well wrapped. It was difficult to order 16 items if they were outside of food eg supplements, which increased the postage costs and that didn't make sense to me.
Our dog has half a packet a day so 16 packets is 32 days - it would be helpful to have a 32 day subscription as I have to do it manually in order to have space over the longer term in the freezer as there would be a build up of food over time that I couldn't accommodate.”
“I hate to do this because I was so positive when I saw this brand with the good reviews. However after 2 months later and I'm going back to the previous raw food brand. My dog has not had a good stomach since I swapped and has often refused to eat his dinner, my other dog is fairly fussy and shes gotten worse since being on this. I'm having to bribe them to get them to consistently eat which is saying something considering I refer to my male dog as bottomless pit.
Its a shame but I'm done trying now its not fair to them.”
