“My very fussy pup loved all of the flavours of raw food in our 'Build-your-own box'. We've tried several different brands of raw food over the last year, but this is the only brand my dog will actually always eat. He loves the 80:10:10 mixes (and so does his coat and poop!), and his absolulte favouraite is the Heart and Tripe mix. Highly recomend.

The tubs are of a generously sized portion and we also love the vast varieties of doggo cuisine there is to choose from, so our pup never gets bored.

“This food has been fantastic for my two dogs - both enjoy the food and the flexibility of the build a box means that there is enough variety that they don’t get bored (which seems to be an issue in the past). It scores well for nutrition. I like the fact that it is ‘just’ meat as I can add fruit and veg to supplement as I wish.”
“Your site recommmends placing orders in multiples of 16 or 30 - because that’s the optimum number to pack a box fully. So I ordered 32, which is 2 boxes of 16.
Oddly, though, you send me a box of 30 instead, and refund me for the two you’re not sending.
I get it. One box of 30 is easier for you. But it’s left me with no wiggle room at all, with the bank holiday resulting in an extra day between deliveries as well.
It’s more an annoyance than a complaint. I’ll be changing my subscription soon, so hopefully it’ll even out a bit better. I’ve learned, but I hope you change the wording on this policy, to make it a bit clearer.”
