it was fabulous to receive my fur babies order, the new packaging is great but needs a bit more jiggying around in the freezer as the packs are a little larger !! My only grumble is the paper liner underneath the meat as once defrosted it tends to stick and I have to pick it out of the food before I serve it or is it safe if the dogs ingest it ?. Other than that anything to assist the reduction of packaging is a winner for me. I am washing my used packs and shredding them for mulch in the garden as some of our waste is not actually recycled at the moment so the plants can benefit instead.”
Hey! We find that if forking the meat straight out of the container bit by bit the paper doesn’t come put. Or if you tip it put in one block it just peels off the bottom - we have never had an issue with it sticking, maybe you are feeding part frozen though?

I am a little less joyous about the new packaging. I want to know what it saves over the previous all paper packaging. It is causing me a bit more work in the kitchen, but that's alright if I can be assured that the plastic-like film is causing less pollution than the sugarcane lid was. Thanks”
