“This is not a review of the beef & venison as such - more of the customer service I have experienced after several orders from Naturaw. At first everything was fine and my two dogs were enjoying both the Forage beef and the Vension & beef - good customer service too.
But then when the third box arrived (which I had in the freezer within minutes) both dogs had a very bad reaction to the Forage beef - even though they were used to eating it. We resorted to a bland diet for a week and then reintroduced the Forage - and the same thing happened again.
I was hopeful for support from Naturaw to understand whether something in the Forage could be triggering a reaction (e.g. raw egg/fish) - or at least an acknowledging my feedback as it could have impacted other dogs.
Unfortunately after multiple emails to customerservice@naturaw.co.uk and a follow up at woof@naturaw.co.uk (over the course of 2 weeks) - I have heard nothing and remain in limbo with my dogs diet and a freezer full of food that I dare not feed until I hear back.
I'm hoping Naturaw see this feedback (which I didn't want to resort to as I love their ethos and want to support them) and realise that customers need support not just when things go great - but when they don't too. This whole event has caused unnecessary stress for us and our dogs.”
