“Dear Naturaw, we do think your products are really good and the no-plastic packaging is much appreciated. But we wish you would consider selling also a tripe-only product as my dogs get constipated if they eat food that contains bone every day. We like to alternate the meals that contain bone with tripe-only meals. As a result of not being able to buy just tripe from you, we alternate our ordering from you with ordering from another supplier (who sadly uses plastic) because they sell 100% tripe. I have raised this with you but have received no reply.”
