“I ordered 16 packs and my dogs really like it. However, I am not so keen as I have two issues.
I lose food on the backing paper and it becomes quite messy to salvage this expensive food. I should be able to get 5 100gr portions out of a pack and I am not. This is frustrating as my dogs meals are very measured for weight management. I also have to store the extra in a container or plastic bag as I get several feeds from one pack and there is no lid.
I paid £7 for delivery on a Saturday to ensure I was home. The top layer of the food was not frozen, which concerned me.
This food is more expensive than my previous supplier, but the actual purchase by weight was half. Not sure if I can justify the cost along with the other issues.”
