Have just moved our 12 month pup from Forage puppy to Forage adult. He loves all the varieties so far and I love that we can home compost most of the packaging. I struggle a bit with the slip of paper on the bottom of the tray but have started to turn over the whole slab of meat and peel it off (messy). Then I flush the paper down the toilet. Iwe compost the rest. t's worth it to me to pay extra for a high-end complete food with highly responsible packaging. No single-use plastic is brilliant.

This is the best raw dog food I’ve tried, and I have tried a lot of brands. I feel very happy that Naturaw have done their homework on this product and I’m feeding quality food. Nelly loves it.

We have fed our dogs raw complete food since they were puppies at the recommendation of our fab breeder. So far Naturaw Forage is the best quality and mix we have seen: the mince is such good quality and the vegetables and superfoods included as supplements keep our minds at rest that they are getting everything they need. Certainly looks that way: they are calm, content dogs with fabulous healthy coats and bright eyes. And at the age of 5 neither has been to the vet for anything more than routine check ups. They wolf their Forage down in seconds at every mealtime. (Poos are great too: consistent, firm but not too dry or crumbly, and never loose.)

I find the paper under the meat a real pain to get off and several times I gave up and let my dog eat it. also it seems there is mackerel in everything, which is smelly, and I am not sure it's necessary. More expensive than I like too, so I am afraid I have gone over to a local scottish wild venison raw dog food.

Hi Jane, a small amount of Mackerel is in the forage range predominantly because of its Vitamin D and Omega 3 content. In order to meet FEDIAF (The European Pet Industry) guidelines the food is analysed for the content of dozens and dozens of different vitamins and minerals. Every single whole food ingredient is an essential component of the food and it has been painstakingly formulated to achieve these exacting standards.
