“We love the quality of the food, but some of the packaging really makes it a bit messy. I totally understand the reason for the thin paper layer underneath the food, but it’s such a hassle and faff separating the two without having to rip the paper up and getting it all over your fingers or getting the paper stuck to the food.
I don’t know if other customers experience this same issue or if it’s just the batch we’ve had, but whilst it doesn’t impact the quality of the food itself, it’s just not a nice experience when you’re dishing out the dog’s meal at 7am.”
