“Our dogs love the food we buy from Naturaw. We love it too - their poo doesn't smell any more, and it's fantastic quality, and justifys the price of it. It's just such a shame that delivery takes so long, and the fact there is no way to make regular payments via Direct Debit is annoying. We order regularly every 2 weeks, and it is making me think we will stop doing this as we keep running out, and having to dash to the pet shop.... Surely in 2025 there must be an easier way of doing this! We are busy people running businesses and looking after children and dogs - please just give me one less admin task to do please?”

We think our deliveries are pretty rapid, if you order up until 2pm the order will be delivered the next day (excluding weekends) - This is the quickest it could realistically be.
Your point about direct debits is an interesting one and not something we have ever been asked before - we have thousands of subscription holders who's payment is taken from their card/paypal at regular intervals and means they achieve the automated service and reduction in admin that you describe.
Is there a reason you require direct debit specifically?

“I really like this box, as Coco gets a variety of different meals, which keeps meal times more exciting, but they also say a little bit of everything does you good, and with all the crazy nutrition advice nowadays it can be very hard to keep up, so I like this rule quite a lot.
Coco is also quite fussy, and although I’m certain she would love just one meal of Naturaw, it’s nice to know that the taste changes for her and she gets something a little different for each meal.
I really feel like I’m treating her when I give her this food, before Naturaw she would take 20 minutes to eat her food, and a lot of the time wouldn’t even eat it, now she eats the whole lot in under a minute, she absolutely loves it!”
