“We switched to Naturaw after seeing the score these guys get on allaboutdogfood.co.uk and reading about the quality ingredients that are ethically and locally sourced as well as humanely slaughtered. It is a little more expensive than our previous food but I estimate only £2 a day for our cockapoo Sandra. Sandra has taken to the food immediately with no upset tummy to report and has gone from a fussy eater who grazes when hungry to howling for her food at meal times before demolishing it in seconds. Would throughly recommend.
Only one bit of feedback, some of the trays have a piece of paper underneath the food, this is somewhat hard to recycle so would advocate removing this across the range if at all possible”
Hi Lee
Thankyou for your kind words, the small sheet of paper under the product may look insignificant but it’s an essential part of the manufacturing process – in basic terms it allows us to portion the meat more accurately, as it stops the product sticking to the conveyor belt resulting in uneven pack sizes.
Without it, every pack would have to be manually weighted by hand resulting in a cost increase.
It's greaseproof, so does not absorb any moisture from the food.
Hope this helps explain 😊
“We love everything about Naturaw, from the environmentally friendly packaging, reusable insulation to locally sourced ingredients and complete fuss free nature of the food. Maisie loves the variety box and has also enjoyed the Festive variety recently too. We brought home little Roo today and will be starting her on the weaning trays in the next day or so once she has settled in. Thank you so much to the fantastic team too, they have helped me out with great advice on a few occasions now and nothing is too much trouble.”
“Moved over to Naturaw from another well-known raw brand after checking out allaboutdogfood.com when moving my dog from puppy food to adult food.
My 14mth old pup loves this, all flavours, although he is a lab, so he's part pig anyway!
Always comes well packaged and love the credit incentive for sending back to wool insulation used to pack the food. The bright packaging makes it easy for me to make sure I'm defrosting different flavours each day so he has variety. His poo's are really good on this food.”
