“My dog has been loving your dog food for just over a year now and it’s keeping him very well and healthy especially his beautiful coat. I can’t understand though the backwards step in the packaging. You’ve gone from something resealable to the complete opposite. I get that meat stuck more to the previous material that the packaging was made from but not sure why you thought a move away from something resealable to something that isn’t is progress. I never had a spill of blood into my fridge before but I’ve had more than one since you introduced the new packaging. When I needed to travel with my dog over the Christmas period it was so much more difficult as I had to ensure that a pack already open was wrapped in something else to stop it leaking everywhere. The meat now dries out much quicker in the fridge than it did before. Please bring back a sealed lid. I hate the little bit of grease proof paper in the bottom of the container too but I could live with that if the container sealed.”
“My dog loved all the flavours in the small taster box and I love the fact all of the packaging is recyclable and that you can also recycle the wool packaging. We will definitely be ordering from you again.”
“We love the convenience of monthly food box but the the random flavour selection does send flavours that our dog is less keen on.
On a side note, we prefer the old food carton packaging - our dog only eats half a tub a day, and the old packaging provided a lid to keep the food fresh for the next day.”
“Great love the new containers once i'd got used to them and made more space in the fridge. The film on the top sometimes rips across making it bit of a pain being more open in the fridge until i discovered the outer cardboard cover can be pulled over it. The paper on the bottom of the container can be a bit awkward to get off the meat when you only use a bit at a time - feeding cats - but now get it off with another utensil.
Food excellent as always gobbled down by all three cats.”
