“A taster box should not be the majority chicken, a taster box should be varied as it's been on many orders before. Please don't insult my intelligence. Web clearly states contents vary, this implies different meats. if you cant fulfill don't accept the order. Disappointed again.”
thanks for the support of a 1 star review after using us for 'some time'. As we state clearly if you have specific dietary requirements you can place a bespoke order rather than a taster box which may well feature lots of chicken. We will be introducing a chicken free taster box in the near future for an additional charge.

if you check your order confirmation you will see that you have accidentally placed an order for a 'starter box' not a taster box as described here - which is why it is mostly chicken (as intended) x
“The food has always been of great quality but it did tend to stick to the carton sides a bit so the dogs used to get a bit more fibre! Now I have the new cartons and they are fantastic. No sticking to the sides or bottom and everything is still recyclable or compostable.
For some reason DPD failed to deliver my box on the day stated. It turned up the next day and only the very top layer of cartons had ever so slightly started to defrost so it was absolutely fine to refreeze the cartons I didn't need straight away.”
“I switched to a packaged raw food provider after getting my second dog a rescue with limited teeth, having fed my other dog home prepared Raw food for 7 years, and she needed something with more manageable bone content. Both dogs love it, the varieties are great and recognisably different from one another. As one of my dogs is sensitive to chicken my second purchase was selected flavours and arrived promptly and they are now enjoying those selections.

“Cannot fault the food. It is the best ever food, especially for fussy dogs. My 2 love it. They look good and their coats are perfect. With regards to the website I struggle. I find it not at all user friendly and the lack of telephone contact is very frustrating. Trying to manage the returns is very difficult and searching for the code is impossible. I find having to cancel my subscription for a discounted order and then reinstating it is ridiculous.”
