“The dog seems to keep on liking your brand. Not sure about the new packaging as it seems to take up more room in the freezer.
Last batch arrived a day later than it was supposed to (may have been a DPD) issue meaning that the meat was not frozen when I received it.”

“My three rescue Houndies always look forward to our Taster Box arriving - as usual, a good selection of excellent quality meals arrived - and first time receiving the new, amazing & totally recyclable cartons. The only disappointment was that there was nothing much left in the container for my smallest one to lick clean!

“Food is great - not a fan of the new packaging.
Now have to get messy fingers disentangling the loose paper. Box no longer seals when you want to store a part used one. Plastic may well be biodegradeable but my council won't accept something that looks like that in the recycling bin so it has to go in general waste and thus landfill.
Understand the good intentions but not user friendly”
“I've been having the small taster box on subscription now for a few months, on a 4 week interval. The quality of food is as you would expect from naturaw and a couple of times I have had to have my order brought forward a couple of days which has never been a problem. Also the treat bag is always a bonus for happy woofit,”
