“The quality and range of the raw food available is very good. The service provided is very reliable, on one occasion i had a query (i made a mistake in ordering) and it was dealt with promptly and with no drama. I would recommend Naturaw for anyone who wants to give their dog a raw diet.”
“Both of our dogs have been changed to a raw food diet earlier this year and the difference is amazing! They seem to have more energy, their coats are shinier and they no longer have ‘dog breath’. Poops are also smaller and less smelly which is a bonus.
The small food boxes are perfect as we only have a small freezer and free next day delivery is great.

we do clearly specifically say that the taster box is not suitable for those with specific requirements, and you will need to put together a bespoke order.
In the current unprecedentedly difficult climate for the food industry it is not viable for us to offer bespoke products on subscription as we cannot guarantee specific products will be available every single week of the year. Therefore to avoid letting customers down we do not sign people up to subscriptions where items will have to be substituted.
More options for subscriptions is something we are continuing to work towards and will make available as soon as possible, but right now the subscription to the taster box is simply available because as we explain it is a random 'seasonal' collection of current products. It would be a shame for those who are happy to receive a random selection to miss out on the subscription option just because we are not able to offer it across all products.

“We love this company! We chose it mainly down to the recycled packaging but also the quality of the meat (British reared - no air miles!). We put them on our compost heap at home and use the insulating wool on our vegetable patch over the winter! Everything down to the ink is even eco friendly and printed using vegetable ink! Our dog absolutely loves the food. Never gets an upset stomach and looks bright eyed and healthy all round the year! The customer service is also fantastic. I have had to change the address for delivery a few times last minute and they were so quick to reply and nothing was too much hassle!
It is a little more expensive than other brands but totally worth it for their quality, values and ethos of the company!”
