“Several occasions my order has been delivered to the wrong address, left out to defrost in the sun. So far naturaw have replaced the items but it is frustrating.
The product itself is good and my dog loves it”
Somewhat unfair to leave us a potentially damaging 1 star review for this Paul. We agree it's very frustrating when couriers make mistakes, but we are largely powerless and all we can do is rectify it for you at our own cost - which as you say yourself we have done on multiple occasions.

Hi Michaela, we do always recommend those with dietary requirement such as no chicken to order specific products rather than the random taster box.

“Ted and Alfie have been having Naturaw for over 12 months now and they enjoy every meal . They were both in poor condition when we adopted them - underweight and loose stools, but they are now thriving and full of energy. There is a large selection to choose from and the dogs relish every offering. Delivery has always been on time and DPD send a text message to inform you that your order will be delivered within an hours "window" which is really helpful or they will leave it in your Safe place if you are not there to receive it. I have no hesitation in recommending Naturaw- high quality dog food.”
“When we got our springer in November 2020 the breeder had her on a kibbles /dry food diet so we kept her on it for a while. Fast forward to 11 month old fussy springer stopped eating her kibbles (who can blame her) saw Naturaw in an article on the Independent so thought why not try. She devoured all of them except the tripe and heart she ain’t a fan (tbh thank goodness cos it wasn’t the best smelling one!) so just place another order and she is loving her food again!

“The quality of the meat and the different flavours is really good. My dog can’t have veg so we loved the fact that it’s 80-10-10 and she loves the food being a fussy eater this was a bonus for us. I personally don’t like the packaging it’s very difficult to get all the meat out as it sticks to the carton and it leaked resulting in blood in my fridge”
