“Product and packaging good but customer service on of worst…. For the money you pay it should be better. I’ve asked for feeding advice and also a box not show before and never had a response. From the company remotely like dogs things should be addressed for the sake of the animal as a minimum! Also they use poor delivery service, If you order more than one box it’s sent out on separate delivery orders so means hunting down separate deliveries or waiting in for longer as one box could arrive morning and one evening.”

“Our family appreciate the Naturaw product (food - dogs enjoy) the humans like the fact that the packaging is all recyclable. The dogs like the food - even a fussy eater.
Unfortunately I have not yet managed to subscribe even though I have tried 3 times. The customer service doesn't seem at all bothered and assumed it was me/my problem. Which is a shame as I would like to continue to order but they don't seem willing/able to provide me with a way to subscribe.
