“Our family appreciate the Naturaw product (food - dogs enjoy) the humans like the fact that the packaging is all recyclable. The dogs like the food - even a fussy eater.
Unfortunately I have not yet managed to subscribe even though I have tried 3 times. The customer service doesn't seem at all bothered and assumed it was me/my problem. Which is a shame as I would like to continue to order but they don't seem willing/able to provide me with a way to subscribe.

Thank you for your review, I have searched our emails and can see that multiple colleagues have responded to your queries, including screenshots of how to set up your subscription. Unfortunately as previously mentioned we are unable to set up a subscription on your behalf.
