“Hi The Natural Team,
Love to share my experience here. The order I made on May 4. It's a terrible experience. Most of the packs missing the paper underneath and seems that makes lots of blood comes out even shortern the deforest time. Two of my dogs was diarrhoea for tow days. And found on pack's cover was broken which I don't feel comfortable to feed that to my dogs. I don't mind to share the photos if you want.”
“Could be improved:
- The paper slip in the bottom of the box feels unnecessary and is quite annoying.
- Not sure if fish can be sourced 'sustainably' on this scale
- There's too much packaging for us to compost at home.
Good stuff:
- Love the concept and dogs are very happy.
- Definitely an improvement on our previous raw food.
- Wool packaging is great for mulching in the market garden”
“My dogs just love this food and lick their plates clean every time! Coats glossy, bright eyes and importantly good output from the other end! Really pleased.”
“This is our third big taster box. Tuppy is thriving on raw food and seems to love all the great choices equally so he’s never disappointed. It is very easy to deal with the trays and we appreciate the extra thought that has gone into making the packing material recyclable and the packaging compostable.”
“Most importantly our lab loves the food. Period. She’s healthy and on 200g per meal, she remains 21kg at 8 years old…
Overall the new packaging is great and we can really see how hard you have worked to make them as green as poss, which we value highly. However, it is the little pieces of waxy paper that sit underneath the meat which drives me nuts! Not only are they a pain to remove (as our dog loves to lick out the packaging after they are done) but there is always leftover food stuck to the waxy paper which has to go in the bin as the paper is too fiddly to scrape the meat off it… so that’s why I can only give 4 stars not 5. Is there ANY way to remove this waxy paper slip from the process? I don’t see the need for it as the new trays are less porous Anyway, thanks for everything so far and I look fwd to no more waxy paper!”
