I have 3 boxes delivered every 4 weeks on subscription taking the stress out of ordering. The meats are very reasonably priced plus free delivery making it excellent value for money. Hi Benedict, please contact us if your order was defrosted on arrival, we will always put right issues like that immediately as they are not the norm and clearly there has been an issue with the courier. Suggesting the quality of the product is what has caused it to defrost... come on.
