“Guys - where is this review going - because I want to say you are a wonderful caring team and I'm delighted with my taster boxes usually. The last two have been different - not crazy about the new packaging - the old was great for lighting the fire and no meat pad paper under the slab - I feed straight from the pack, adding raw veg and some water and PetPlus for dogs and cats - peeling the plastic and removing the meat pad makes the job worse.
I got a LOT of turkey in the last pack (I suppose it is Christmas!!) and no lovely pack of treats which my dog absolutely loves and they are a great training aid.
Thank you, Happy New Year - you're doing a great job, preferred the old packaging (fitted in the freezer better, easier to handle, lit the fire!)

“Good quality food without leakage. As I use 4 tubs a day I struggle to dispose of the compostable covers - would welcome some tips on how to do this successfully. All in all very pleased with the product.”

“Food is always top quality can’t fault it.
New packaging, tubs are a lot wider than previous packaging so don’t fit neatly in 4’s as they previously done in freezer. You have to squeeze them in then the lid sometimes bursts open and food leaks when defrosting. Also, you now put a thin bit of paper at bottom of meat. Feel like the problem of the meat sticking to the box in old packaging has now been replaced with meat sticking to the paper. You have the cardboard sleeve that tells you what’s in the box, why don’t you just make that lid shaped and then you have a proper lid on the boxes as before? The non stick lining you have in the new boxes appears to be good but the meat doesn’t really touch it because it’s on the paper.
Appreciate its not easy trying something new and big thumbs up to you guys for doing your best to look after our world. If you guys can do it don’t understand why supermarkets aren’t following suit. Well done”
