“Great quality food, was loads of variety at the start of the subscription but recently have been getting the same few meals every month, had to go elsewhere to add some variety.”
“When I received my delivery before I even got to fetch my scissors to open the box, my dog tore the box open and ate 3/4 of a 500g tub of food. I had to grab it off him and shut him in another room whilst I put the rest of the tubs in the freezer.”

I know this is a taster box but it would be nice if there was a possibility on the website to make up your own taster box to have on subscription once you know which your dogs like and which ones they can stomach.”
a little unfair to leave our company a 3 star review for this Kay, when as you say yourself our food is excellent. We clearly advise the taster box is a random selection which varies from week to week (lamb has actually not featured a great deal recently) and state that people with specific dietary requirements should order their own selection.
For logistical reasons (mainly constant availability of seasonal ingredients) we have not yet launched a customisable subscription. Although this is something we are currently working on for the future.

“Our dogs are very happy with the food in the subscription box - however - for 5 stars I'd love to have a bit of variety for them with the inclusion of chunks as well as the minces. We find it a really easy system to receive regular orders of food, and have recommended Naturaw to many of our friends.”
