“Chose this brand because of the completely compostable/ recyclable packaging which I see as really important. My very picky pooch wolfed down the 'new to raw' box and most of the original but disliked a couple of the flavours. Then as usual she started leaving some each meal. However she did return later to finish it, a real plus compared to all preceding foods she has tried. I, therefore, see this as a huge success - thank you.”
“Good meat, packages too large and takes up too much freezer space. Shocking customer service, is mostly non-existent so if like me you had concerns for your pup and eating then don't use this company. I wouldn't usually review anything negative but after subscribing to £155 worth of food monthly and not even having a number to ring to contact the company, emailing and messaging on Instagram and only getting responses days and even weeks later it is not acceptable. Not putting money into customer service staff which is unfortunate.”
