you have ordered (and reviewed) the starter box which is designed and advertised as mainly our 90:10:0 chicken product exactly as you describe.
Assume from this review that you have intended to order the taster box which is a variety of 80:10:10 minces.

Hi Ethan, I have checked and we have had no reports from you of blue plastic - if this is the case please get in touch with customer service.
Regarding packs being off this is categorically not the case, we make thousands of each batch and any problems like that (we've never ever had any) would be spotted by multiple people very quickly. Our rood is routinely tested for bacteria as per DEFRA regulations and our factory is of the highest standard - there is another explanation for this perhaps relating to how the food was stored once it left us.
