“So I have an unusual reaction to Biotin Which is in all vitamin B complexes. With much much more than the recommended daily dose . I chose to take 1 capsule evey other day and have had no biotin reaction. Also the other huge bounus is that there is no scent !! B complex is very punchent. In tablet forms. I am so thankful for TrueB .”
