“I was taking other supplements with Curcumin for a few years. I wasn't expecting much other than adding to my health. Then last summer I tried True Curcumin from Nature City. It seems strange, but within three hours my level of knee discomfort was dropping quickly. By the next day it was even better, It has continued to work the past 8 months.
