“I was experiencing heart palpitaions for several months. I wore a heart monitor for a short period of time, per an ER cardiologist, and discovered that I had a very irregular heartbeat which included missing beats. There was no follow-up after the report from the cardiologist. I guess I got lost in the paperwork. When I would lay down at night, it felt as though my heart was trying to turn over or crawl out of my chest. I could feel it if I put my hand over my heart. Frightening. And dangerous. I did my own research and began taking TrueMagnesium as well as the True CoQ10. EVERYONE is low on magnesium. I have very few palpitaions now. I have recommened that several family members take TrueMagnesium. Great stuff! Some people think it's too sweet. Dilute it a bit more. Perfect.”

“I've been using this product for a few months now because I need the magnesium to support my bone health. And it's easy to take; I don't have to swallow huge pills. But I can't tell whether it's helping me or not. I'm not necessarily sleeping better or feeling energized.”

“It works wonderfully, helps me sleep. does not irritate my bowels but I hate the fake sweet taste of stevia and "berry" flavor. Please make a plain version.”

“This magnesium does not upset my stomach. I take a number of pills so it’s a relief to take the powder form in a liquid.”

“I order many products from Nature City; today I ordered True Magnesium. It keeps my digestive system functioning properly. After researching magnesium I discovered that easily absorbable magnesium is necessary for every system in the body to function properly. If I miss a day or two taking it I can tell the difference.”
