“This review has to do with Nature City's responsiveness, understanding and concern for a question I posed regarding the level of gluten possibly in the caramel coloring which ended up to be quite negligible. My concern was forwarded to the office of President, Mr. Carl Pardelli. The response was timely, transparent, factual, in-depth, and reassuring. Their knowledge and level of detail was impressive for which I was deeply appreciative.
