“no way to assess if it does any good”

With this product, there are short term and longer term benefits. Supporting cognitive health over the long term isn't easy to assess immediately, we agree. However, many users find TrueRecall helps them focus on daily tasks (or work) better for a few hours (starting about 30 minutes after taking), and helps them cope with stress better.
