Sorry to hear you�re not enjoying the soap. A couple of points to address your concerns: first as a natural soap, it does not contain any synthetic fragrance or chemical �foaming agents�, which are found in many commercial soaps. A misnomer among many consumers is more lather or suds generates more cleansing power, so big soap companies add chemicals to enhance this effect. But air trapped in water pockets (ie bubbles or suds) away from the skin doesn�t impact cleansing powder. Only the lather on the surface of the skin (which natural soap creates) loosens and traps dirt until you wash it away. Chemical foaming agents can be harsh and drying to the skin. Our TrueAloe Cleansing Bar effectively cleans and moisturizes at the same time, which is why many clients enjoy it. We hope this helps, and that you give it another try!
