“I went for my biannual bone density scan this week and received great news! My hip density went from 2.2 on the scale to 1.8! The only change I’ve made since the previous scan is to switch from my regular vitamin D3 +K supplement to the plant based TrueOsteo Advanced Bone Support about 6 months ago. I’ve had issues in the past with my body absorbing vitamin D. Since I’ve made no changes to my diet & excersize routine & I’ve had less time in the sun this year, I suspect My body may be absorbing the vitamin D better in the plant based form.”
