“I have used this camera for 4 days now in different locations using both the tripod on the ground and belted to a tree. The picture quality of the stills and video is clear and images captured during the day and in the dark are excellent quality. The charge in the internal battery remained high despite being triggered frequently and recharged even in part shade. The app is easy to use and I downloaded and deleted images with out having to disturb the camera.”
“The Helarctos Solar Trail Camera has been a great success. It was quick and easy to set up and connect to the app. It is easy to eiher connect to the app to see images or to remove the SD card and view on the laptop. It has been a revelation to see photos and videos of night time garden wildlife and I am very pleased with the quality of both. After an initial charge of the battery, it has been staying topped up just using the solar charging function. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.”
“J’ai commandé cette caméra car j’ai déjà une BirdCam Pro dont je suis très satisfait.
La qualité de l’image et du son est excellente au regard des caméras d’autres marques que je possède déjà. Il est évident que cette caméra a été conçue pour pouvoir observer la faune.
La portée du WIFi gagnerait toutefois à être plus importante pour pouvoir se connecter à la caméra.”
“Easy to set up; some small issue with connecting to the camera via. wifi which I've not yet had the chance to resolve. Beautiful images and videos. Camera is very quick to respond to action and has already captured a few of our feathered friends coming in to land on a feeder! So far, very pleased indeed. One suggestion - having seen its output, I'd be willing to pay considerably more for this camera if a couple of interchangeable lenses were to be made available.”
“Love this camera, I thought the Ursus was good but the Helarctos is even better. No worries about batteries and setting up and checking the camera's position via WiFi makes things really easy.”
