I can't see you've been in touch with us, but we'd be happy to help here. You just have to unpair the camera, and then re-pair the camera (the same steps you did when you first paired it) - it should take about 30-60 seconds in total.

However, Felix, at NatureSpy tech dept., was very helpful, and talked me through the process and it is now working well.
