“After trying out different brands of sprays we ended up choosing your NI-712 Super Concentrated Airborne Odor Eliminator. Your product is fantastic and it does exactly what the label says. In our community, there are times that we have to eliminate persistent odors and one spray is all that is needed without having to worry if the smell will disappear. We are looking into installing a few of your automatic sprayers as well.”

“We are very disappointed that after only a few uses the spray nozzles on the odor eliminator can be plugged and didn't spray correctly. This caused the product to either forcefully shoot out of the can going where you didn't want it to or made it dribble onto the user's hands creating a sticky smelly mess. When trying to return the product we were frustrated with having to repackage all of the contents and go without the use of any product after spending a lot of money on the product. We are still without the product and our money.”
