Thank you for taking the time to write this comment, we're glad you find the C30 Citrus Energy Gel effective for you to use while running, we are aware that the packaging may be tricky to open at times, we do suggest in the meantime to maybe cute about 1/16th of an inch of the side before you use it so opening it will be much easier for you during your runs.
