“These gels are phenomonal. They don't have too thick of viscosity like a GU so it's easier to "drink" quickly while running and I imagine while doing any endurance sport. I genuinely feel the recipe is effective and I've had a few runs where I felt a meaningful difference in perceived energy levels. I usually use these gels for ultra marathons where I don't trust aid stations or drop bags are too far apart and for my first carbs of the day for morning training runs. They do really well. I thikn they're probalby the best on the market that I've tried, however the cost is prohibitive. I'll use these for goal races and whenever I can get them at a discount and will likely use GU for daily training carb needs. The citrus flavor is very good, the berry is a bit saturated of a flavor for me but still really good just a little heavy flavor wise. You should buy these, you'll be happy with them but for me just not every run every day. Also of note is I have had zero GI distess or stomach issues while using these while running. The 30 grams of carbs is about as heavy as I can stomach and this seems to be right at that limit without going over and making me feel it in my stomach. Feedback for neversecond: make it so the pull tab does not fully remove. I hate litter on the trails and endurance gels where the pull tab comes off completely is sub par. Refer to spring energy or Preciison fuel for ideal pull tabs IMO. Other than that thank you! Great product!”
