“We purchased the petty knife several years ago. I warned my wife to be careful because it was seriously sharp. She managed to cut herself immediately ( minor cut). That knife has since become her go-to knife. Thus, it was a no-brainer to order the matching 8” chef knife. Again, it is very sharp and is meeting our expectations.
