“I love this knife, it is beautiful and very sharp. It makes me happy using. THe ONLY downside is its lenght. it is VERY long. I have smaller cutting board (small space living) and this can be a little challenging at times if there is anything on the board. It feels longer than my other chefs knife, but i just love the look. i'd do a smaller blade next time.”
