“This knife filled out my New West KnifeWorks set of various kitchen knives. With many other sizes and types, I was afraid that this knife wouldn't be used much, but I was wrong. It is a great knife and I am finding that it is getting as much or more use than my other knives. They are all awesome, but this is a great size for small quantity chopping.”
“The 3” Mini Chopper is sharp and it chops. However I have yet to find a use for it. I think it might be a more useful knife if the belly were less curved and the handle were larger.”
