“I bought the "Peacock" filet knife which I think looks like colors of a Dorado fish (Mahi Mahi), so I think it should be named Dorado, ) but needless to say I am biased being that i an an avid fisherman. The quality of the knife looks like it could well be the best filet kniife out there and yes, it is indeed very sharp. I haven't had nor used the knife enough yet to knw if it holds its edge but I am certain tthat it will. I am very pleased with the purchase but the leather sheath that comes with the knife is just a blade cover and not truly a sheath. I wish that I had a more substantial sheath to carry it out to the end of the fishing pier. Despite the sheath I am very pleased with my purchase and happy that I came across this fine knife. I would highly recommend it to anyone.”
