“I love the shape & length of the blade, the grip of the handle and the overall weight of the knife. And the colors are great! Unfortunately, the surface texture of the blade is a big issue. I've never had problems with foods sticking to the sides when chopping. Yes, it happens but not to the point where it interferes with my work. With this knife, it is an issue. I was slicing potatoes, the slices were so stuck to the blade like they were glued. The previous slice didn't knock off preventing me from making the next. I had to switch to another knife to complete my task. Also, the up & down striations seem to create drag when slicing back & forth. I think that if the blade surface was smooth, I could give this knife 5 stars.”
