“In addition to being a superbly made knife, the 9" Superbread is a work of art. The packaging is first class, and the knife blade was extremely sharp. The first task it was used for was cutting into a fresh loaf of sourdough bread. The knife cut through the hard exterior and into the soft interior with ease and it did not damage the texture of the bread. In addition to 5 knives I currently own, I have gifted several New West Knives to friends and relatives. The knife(s) will be a welcome addition to any kitchen and are highly recommended.”
