I received a prepaid label and sent my knife back. I was very pleased as New West customer service communicated with me during the entire process. I received my knife back in superb condition. I am very, very pleased with New West KnifeWorks. I have purchased six knives through the years - all inperson at their Jackson, WY store. The sales staff in the store have always been very respectful and attentive. Overall, I believe that New West KnifeWorks knows how to treat customers and show us that we are appreciated.
