“The sharpening was excellent. The repair to the knives should have been examined more carefully. The pairing knives handle was repaired with resin which when dry pulled away from the handle as a very sharp piece of plastic that I almost cut my hand on. After several emails and a phone call, I was finally sent a return label. But not in time for the repair to be corrected to bring the knife with me as I was returning to my home in Spain. So now I will be without this important knife until I return to the states next summer. A careful check of the repair would have prevented this problem.”
