“I recently sent my whole set of New West Knifeworks knives from Maine to Idaho to be sharpened. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I am greatly enjoying my refreshed knives now that they are back! It did take a few weeks from start to finish so we purposely scheduled to do this while we were away and wouldn't be needing the knives. We paid for shipping up front, but the sharpening and return shipping was covered by New West Knifeworks, making me feel like returning the knives to New West versus sharpening them locally was worthwhile. I am so happy with these knives and they are an ongoing reminder of our trip out West when we purchased them when staying out in Victor, ID. While I don't feel like I need any new knives, one suggestion might be that while knives are back being sharpened, to email customers to say "since your knives are here with us, do you have any interest in buying this other X knife to be shipped back with your current knives at no additional charge" or to offer a discount on another new knife."
