7" Teton Edge Santoku Huckleberry Reviews

4.6 Rating 19 Reviews
I love the 7" Santoku along with all the other New West Knives I recently purchased. I love the feel and look of the G10 handles, the geometry and performance of the blades and the perfect balance of each of the knives. Dont hesitate, pull the trigger!!

LOVE IT!!! I received a 6” Petty knife from a good friend this summer as a gift and have had knife envy from your company ever since. Been eyeing the Santoku for months and decided to treat myself. I’m a private chef in Aspen and very picky about my knifes. This along with my Petty are the best knifes in my door!!! Your Santoku is my fave. It’s so sharp and is useful for everything I do. I used to be solely a 12” chef knife gal…my world has changed. Thank you

The knife is beautiful; the blade could be sharper; but most disappointing given the pricepoint is that after handwashing and air-drying, the "Teton" indentations show rust-colored spots that require steel-wool to remove.

I got this with the 2 inch pairing knife. I love them not…part art and mostly functionality at the highest level. Some day I want the steak knife and wood block set.

Our company buys knives and knife sets for employee milestone anniversaries. They are beautiful and very sharp--etched with our logo, the person's name and years of service. The team is very responsive and dedicated to quality and customer service. I even received a call about a last minute order, from Anthony, from a boat on Lake Michigan while he was on vacation!

I like this better than the shorter blade Chopper because of the longer and straighter cutting edge. The chopper requires that you rock the blade as it meets the cutting board. I would recommend this slightly longer blade for more control.
