“If you are looking for a quality and aesthetically pleasing all-around kitchen knife, this is it. The blade arrived sharp with a great balance. There are some "VERY" minor imperfections around the handle in some areas but I believe that was in the G10 - and again - nothing that stands out too much. I've also ordered the Bird Trout which I would recommend as a great fruit paring knife as well as for cleaning game (Squirrel, Fish, Bird, ..etc.) or even for those of you who may do some foraging...etc.”
