“In the last few weeks we have ordered 4 knives from New West KnifeWorks including the 7 inch Santoku, the 6 inch Petty, the 6 inch Deli and the 5 inch Chopper. Each of these knives are nothing short of spectaculer and we find ourselves using all of the everyday. I don't know how we got along without them prior to now. The 5 inch Chopper is an amazing knife that can be used for everything. Cutting cheese, deboning chicken, chopping vegetables, trimming meats, cutting pears, like...everything. My wife has always been very cautious using sharp knives and is never completely comfortable doing so. She loves the 5 inch Chopper and using it as frequeently as I am. It is a very balanced knife and due to the design your had is far removed from the chopping area. While all 4 knives are spectacular and used for specific tasks, if I was forced to select 1 knife it would probably be the 5 inch Chopper. THank you, New West Knifeworks.”
“Wished this could be a good review, leather sheets were not in order when i got them. I orderd 2 of the same to give one as a present to a friend now i dont know what to do. The wood handel on both knives where draged, looks like it is a problem with quality control. The blade was sharpend ok, not great, but ok.
Can´t recommend this product as i got two with the same problem.”
